Exner floats

This type of float is very popular in Germany and used for close bank fishing of aal and perch and in running water for trout. Lighting cartridge can be put inside the body of the float. The built-in self weight ensures the soft lead of bait.

Nowadays, floats with a feeding cage are very popular, as the bait is released and goes directly to the hookbait.
